I believe every individual possesses the power for personal growth and healing. All that is needed is for you to take the first step to unleash a whole staircase of possibilities.
As humans, we mistakenly forget about our inner strengths and capabilities that we already have within our repertoire. Solution Focused Therapy aims at finding those exceptions and focusing on the internalization of our own resources to access change. Through forward and momentous work, we will explore the challenges you want to focus on to create change within your life.
The first session is spent covering a wide variety of subjects ranging from the discussion of the limits and expectations of therapy for you as my client and for me as your therapist, payment, insurance, and the goals you'd like to achieve in your time with me.
The time spent in therapy varies from individual. During our time together, we will be working toward your established goals whether we are working to manage anxiety symptomology, decrease depression, exploring who you are as an individual, or working toward healthier relationships.
